DELTACOLOR QUALITY POLICY DECLARATION

DELTACOLOR, S. A. manufactures colour concentrates for the plastics industry (injection moulding, calander, extrusion, etc.) following the instructions, norms and specifications from our customers.

A Quality Manual has been written into which the policies to be followed by the Company and the commitments the Company undertakes are specified. It is further developed on the current Procedures and Documentation.

All personnel in every department is committed to follow the Quality Manual directives, as follows:

1. Sales and Marketing, and Technical Support by providing utmost attention to customers.
2. Development, by studying market demand and preparing the documents that permit obtaining products that comply with all requirements set by our customers.
3. Production, by strictly following work instructions and so manufacturing the requested article with zero defects.
4. Quality Control, by rigourously applying the customer's norms and specifications.
5. Purchasing, Accounting, Engineering, Warehouse, and all others, by assuring compliance with the system and service, both to external and internal clients.

We strive in systematically improving all our activities to provide better service to our customers, making our Company more competitive. We wish to live in the cutting edge of new technologies and more advanced techniques used in our industrial segment.

Our global objective is to improve over the quality required for the maintenance of the ISO 9001, and advance our systems toward the higher levels of Total Quality Management.

We actively stimulate our suppliers, employees and customers to provide us with suggestions and proposals that would improve the rate of achievement for the targets described in our Quality Manual
